Friedland’s Evo evolves with style

Jun 13, 2011

Friedland has extended its successful Evo range of wire-free door chimes with the Evo+ collection, a stylish suite of designs that gives the householder CD quality sounds, and offers the wholesaler and installer a hassle-free route to extra profit.

Providing the homeowner with a high-performance, aesthetic and versatile door sound-system, wire-free chimes offer a profitable opportunity to sell up in a domestic project and are quick to install, with no drilling required. All chimes have a range of 150 metres, and a pre-programmed feature that removes the need to programme the button to ‘talk’ to the chime when installing.

The new range offers the choice of two, four or six tunes and three finishes – white, black and metal – and a solid brass push may be substituted as an upgrade to the standard chime and push kit. Every chime has a unique learning code to avoid interference with neighbour’s chimes, and the top models in the range are equipped with LED strobes for the hard of hearing and a four-step volume control.

Jason Ng, marketing communications specialist for MK Electric, said: “Friedland has established itself as a world leader, with its prestigious history of design, manufacture and supply of high quality door chimes and security products.

“This comprehensive range combines ease of installation with portability and high-quality to offer a number of neat solutions for a variety of consumer needs.”

All Evo+ models are compatible with Evo, Friedland’s existing range of contemporary styled door chimes that are ideal for use in the home or garden.

Guaranteed for two years, all models have a low battery indicator on the push and offer both portable and plug-in options.
